Originally written and produced by Ranffis El Niche, a Cuban-born musician now based in Seville, the song blends Spanish flair with rhythmic groove and emotive instrumentation. Now, fellow Sevillian artist Pango steps in with a brand-new remix that transforms the original into a laidback, feel-good house cut bursting with organic textures and summery charm.

Pango — the new alter ego of Jose Ignacio Pandalet Gonzalez, better known as Hosse — reimagines “Abre La Puerta”through a lens of Organic House, Chill House, and Lounge Music. His remix weaves together the original vocal hook, adlibs, and Flamenco guitar line, enriched by his own signature groove, bell-like melodies, and sultry piano chords. The result is a smooth, sunlit journey that feels effortlessly Spanish from start to finish.

Jose Ignacio Pandalet Gonzalez, who hails from Seville and now resides in Ibiza, has been immersed in music since the age of twelve, guided by his father, a musician and composer. Influenced by Jazz, Soul, and Funk, he began his electronic career under the alias Virolo before graduating as a Sound Engineer from Middlesex University (London) and later launching his Hosse project — a name now synonymous with quality House and Tech-House, including the acclaimed hit “Con Son”alongside David Penn on Urbana Recordings. With Pango, he explores a more relaxed and organic side of his artistry, blending rhythm, warmth, and melody in perfect harmony.
