On May 11th 2018 Déepalma Records drops the 5th Anniversary edition of its renowned Ibiza compilation-series, available in 3xCD and download format.
Pool and party, beach, dance floor and loads of sun. These are the coordinates with which German-ibizan Deep House brand Déepalma is kicking off Summer 2018. For Déepalma Records it marks a very special Summer. The label celebrates its 5-year anniversary. On this occasion label boss Yves Murasca is dropping a special 5th Anniversary edition of the label’s increasingly popular Ibiza compilation-series on May 11th 2018 – just right in time for the opening of this year’s Ibiza-season. The new record, consisting of three delightfully diversified compiled CDs (also available as download-edition), appears as multifaceted as the past years have been: Déepalma’s 5-year back catalogue by this time holds close to 80 singles/eps, several samplers and mix-albums receiving unrelenting accolades. These include several no.1 top spots in iTunes electronic charts across Europe, one position in Germany’s official sales charts with the previous compilation ‘Ibiza Winter Moods’, plus millions of Spotify, YouTube and Soundcloud hits universally. Founded in 2013, Yves Murasca’s Déepalma Records has become a worldwide brand, a melting pot of Deep House, Deep-Disco and Soul, with the power to unite hedonists around the globe. Therein, the 5th Anniversary edition of the imprint’s Ibiza-series constitutes a new milestone. Yves Murasca and his DJ colleagues Rosario Galati and Keyano thereon interweave 42 hand-picked titles into a filigree sound carpet. No matter if musical sunbather or electro-lover – in the three diversified dj mixes everyone is finding its blissful soundscape. The list of artists included on the album virtually reads like the Who-is-who of the current electronic music scene. Split into three parts, the first mix sees a selection of deep cuts geared for the sunset featuring a brandnew Dayne S ‚Finally’ remix of Sweed feat. Jalana and original outings from Tube & Berger, Jan Blomqvist, Lexer and Kölsch to name a few. Up next, the Pool Party Mix draws on the shuffling hats and infectious melodies of CamelPhat, Kings of Tomorrow, Purple Disco Machine und Josh Butler, before the Beach mix concludes the package with more relaxed and laidback rhythms from names such as Mousse T. & Lovebirds, Miguel Campbell, Chasing Kurt and Groove Armada, here in the remix of Mark Knight and Funkagenda. But also the three Déepalma DJs represent at their best for Summer 2018: Yves Murasca and Rosario Galati contribute – once with Chasing Kurt and remixed by Berlin’s Superlover, once alone, two uplifting groove-fuelled. And as also Keyano is coming up with two fresh sun-soaked projects from his studio – his solo single ‘You’ and the brand spanking new jam ‘Summer Vibes’ of his Holter & Mogyoro project, one thing is for sure: Ibiza Summer 2018 ‘s got the Groove!
